Don Walterman has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and Associate of Applied Science Degrees in Electronic Communications Engineering Technology and Computer Engineering Technology. Don has over 21 years of computer and networking service experience with Hewlett Packard, Agilent Industries, and Pinnacle Systems that includes hardware, software and networking installation and support along with ongoing training throughout his career. Don also has over 5 years experience in commercial ‘on demand’ video. In addition, Don has experience in personal computers and their operating systems, large WANs and LANs as well as considerable customer satisfaction experience.
